Call For Entries: Tell Us A Story 2009
APA|NY Annual Photo Competition

Great images cast the photographer as storyteller, sometimes acting as documentarian, sometimes a manipulator of the truth. Whether it’s fact or fiction, photography and the tradition of storytelling walk hand in hand.

This spring, enter your finest photo story - whether it’s a single image or a series - and get your work seen by our esteemed panel of jurors. Grand prize winners will be chosen from both the Professional and Student categories. Each grand prize winner will receive a valuable prize package as well as major recognition in the 2009 Tell Us A Story Competition Winners' Book (see prize details here). Jurors' Selection honors will also be awarded to several standout entries. The winning and selected images will be showcased in a stunning printed book which will be distributed to leading NYC advertising agencies.

APA|NY also invites you to join us for a celebratory book launch event in honor of the 2009 competition winners (party will take place at a Manhattan NYC venue, in May 2009). More party details T.B.A.
